Special Junmai Sake Ninja is made only from crice called “Ginfubuki” in which the grain has been polished to 60% at the brewery in Koga, the land of Ninja. It is characterized by its rich and smooth flavor.

“Ninja” is made in the ninja’s hometown of Koga in Shiga prefecture, Japan. During the coldest time of the year, Genshu (undiluted sake) is fermented and stored at a very low temperature which gives an original fresh aroma with a bold taste. This sake is best enjoyed at room temperature to experience the full-bodied and flowing rich rice flavor. It’s paired perfectly with sushi, sashimi, and deep fried dishes such as tempura or cutlet.
