*REQUIREMENTS*

College / University students between the 2nd and 4th year 

- COMMITMENT TO THE PROGRAM FOR ONE YEAR PERIOD.

1. If interns decide to drop from the program, she/he needs to notify NAFDC
at least two weeks advance


2. NAFDC also reserve the right to determine to stop the internship
due of undesired performance

INTERNSHIP APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND AN ORIENTATION
WHICH IS HELD BY NAFDC ON APRIL



REQUIREMENTS FROM EACH DEPARTMENT


1. SALES DEPARTMENT
a. Marketing /Graphic Design Major are preferred
b. Basic Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
c. Web Design Skills (Dreamweaver MX, HTML, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,
    Macromedia Flash etc.)
d. Need to accomplish at least two major projects and 1 to 3 minor assignments
    of the internship program
e . Need at least 960 hours to complete the internship program with flexible schedule


* Interns can take 2 weeks vacation during the regular semester. However, during
  summer and winter breaks could be more flexible as long as they catch up on their assigned
  project of the one year internship program
* Every other week, the general manager will evaluate the internís performance


2. IT Department
a. Computer Science / MIS Major
b. Individual who have excellent knowledge of New Database Client Software Creation
    In other words, understanding the relationship between computer Database and Networking
c. Needs to know about Oracle, My SQL, Access, etc.
d. Knowledge of SQL language as well as programming languages (Java, Visual net, etc)
e. Needs to complete a project which will be the New Client Software to be installed
    into salespeople's laptop so they can connect remotely to the Database Server
f.  Applicants must be a 4 year university under-graduated or graduate
g. Need at least 960 hours to complete the internship program with flexible schedule

Internship Orientation
a. The director will explain and introduce the basic function of the company
b. What NAFDC expects from interns.
c. Signing of contract

Interns will be enrolled into two departments

1. Sales Department
a. Knowing / Studying the market
b. Start the first project which is assigned from vendors / NAFDC
c. Organize market research
d. Presentation
e. Start the second project assigned from vendors / NAFDC
f . Organize market research
g. The Pre-Presentation at NAFDC
h. Presentation

2. IT Department
a. Knowing / Studying NAFDC computer system
b. Start the first project which is assigned from NAFDC
c. Testing
d. Presentation at NAFDC
e. If necessary, starting the second project which is assigned from NAFDC
f. Testing
g. Presentation at NAFDC

Internship successfully complete certification from NAFDC

- ORIENTATION ON CAMPUS (January)
- ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS (February)
- STARTING INTERVIEWS (March)
- ORIENTATION AT NAFDC (April)
- INTERNSHIP PROGRAM (April - October)
- LA RESTAURANT SHOW (the last week of October)
- COMPANY PARTY (the following February)
- GRADUATION
