Shiro Dashi with Delicious Aji Sansai Fried Rice

*Ingredients for 4 people
Ajizuke sansai (flavored & boiled vegetable)............1 packge
Takenoko(bamboo tip)......................................... 10oz
Rice...................................................................4 cups
Yamaki shirodashi.............................................6 tablespoon
Water.................................................................3 cup

*Directions
(1) Wash rice and set aside for 30 minutes.
(2) Wash and cut takenoko into small pieces.
(3) Saute takenoko with oil (salad/olive)
(4) Add 3 tablespoons shirodashi at the very end.
(5) Add 3 tablespoon shirodashi and water(mix with ajisansai
water from the package) into rice-cooker to cook.
(6) Mix cooked rice with (4) in a large fry pan and saute for 5 minutes

 

 

JapaneseTraditional Steamed Egg

*Ingredients for 4 people

Parsley/Trefoil.....................................................4pc
White Meat Chicken............................................90g
Shrimps..............................................................4pc
Ginkgo Nuts........................................................6tsp
Fresh Mushrooms................................................4pc
Sake...................................................................1tsp
Eggs...................................................................3pc
Water.................................................................3cup
Yamaki shirodashi.............................................6tsp

*Directions


1. Cut chicken into small pieces, peel off shrimpshells.
2. Whisk eggs, watter and ShiroDashi. Then stain.
3. Put chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, ginkyo nuts, in individual cups and slowly pour mixed eggs, water,
sake and ShiroDashi into each cups
4.Steam for 15-20minutes at medium-low heat.
5.Garuish Parsley at the last.

 

 

 

 

Healthy Assorted Veg. Pickles

*Ingredients for 4 people

Cucumber ......................1/2 pc
Carrot.............................1/2pc
Samll White Radish..........1/2pc
Napa Cabbage................100g
Yamaki Shirodashi........1cup

*Directions

1. Slice all vegetable into small pieces which will be easy to eat later.
2. Put all sliced vegetable into a Nice Clean plastic bag with Shiro Dashi. Leave it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Throw away extra water from the plastic bag and put the Pickles into
a bowl to serve.

 

 

 

Spaghetti with Fresh Clam

*Ingredients for 4 people

Fresh Clams....................600g
Garlic..............................2pc
Dry Chilies .....................2pc
Oil..................................3tablesoon
Spaghetti.........................350g
Pepper............................a little
Yamaki Shirodashi.......1/2cup

*Directions

1.Soak fresh clams for 30minites in cold water and wash them nicely.
2.Boil spaghetti as instructed on its package.
3.Cut garlic and dry chilies into small pieces.
4. Put oil into a fry pan and sauté garlic and dry chilies with lower heat.
Then put fresh clams with step#4 and add shirodashi in to simmer until shells opening.
5.After clams were cooked, mix them with boiled spaghetti.
6.Garnish pepper to fish.

 

 

 

Express Delicious Fried Rice

*Ingredients for 4 people

Green Onion................... 3pc(Sliced)
Crab Meat Stick...............4pc(Shredded)
Egg..................................3each
Pepper.............................a little
Cooked Steamed Rice......4 cups
Oil....................................2 tbs
Yamaki Shiro Dashi.......2 tbs

*Directions

1.Put Oil in frying pan and heat then put whisk Egg and mix till cooks.
2.Put Rice and Crab meat into ? and Green Onion then stir.
3.After stir fly put [Yamaki Shirodashi] and Pepper intoflying pan and mix well.
4.You are done!

 

 

 

Quick&Tasty Fried Chicken

*Ingredients for 4 people

Chicken Breast...................600g
Grated Ginger....................1Tea Spoon
Garlic Paste.......................1Tea Spoon
Potato Starch....................100g
Oil....................................2 L
Yamaki Shiro Dashi.......3Table Spoon

*Directions
1.Cut Chicken Breast into small size.
2.Marinate chicken with every ingredients except oil about 10minute.
3.Then Deep fry for 15 minutes.
